Return Policy

BEST BUY DREAMS IS COMMITTED TO OUR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION AND IN SO WE DESCRIBE EVERY ITEM TO THE TEE IN HOPES OF GETTING OUR CUSTOMERS THAT UNIQUE ITEM THEY’RE LOOKING FOR.

Sales: All sales are final upon shipping the item(s).  If you wish to cancel your order you must request to do so before item(s) has been shipped in order to receive your full refund. Please understand some item(s) may be shipped from overseas and our estimated time of arrival could be anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on the item(s). Item(s) may also be shipped in separate containers, reception of refunds could defer based on the policy of your bank.  Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/or the item(s) is broken or if the item(s) has not been received past the final 6 weeks due to a clerical error. Any other error does not apply.  Once your item(s) has left our facility we are no longer reliable for mishaps. We will help you locate/track your item(s) but there are no refunds for shipping delays.

Returns:  To be eligible for a return it must meet the following return Guidelines: has a defect that can be proven on camera or video, total dissatisfaction with order due to physical obscurity or manual affliction, if your orders physical appearance isn’t corresponding to the description given.

Order Errors: There are no refunds for order errors of any kind. Please make sure all information given is correct before ordering. If you make a mistake on your order it must be fixed before order has shipped. Once order has shipped we are unable to change your order and we will not give a refund for those kinds of errors.  If you would like the item(s) shipped to you, you will have to repurchase the order.
